The Service Provider will be engaged through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on part-time and need basis Retainership.
The areas of focus for outsourcing

and Onboarding: Support with best practices in talent acquisition
through finding, evaluating, and onboarding new hires.
Compliance and Legal
Provide advice and review processes, guidelines and procedures to ensure
compliance to ever-changing labor laws and regulations.
Development: Undertake employee Needs Assessments and Coordinate
Training and Development, and Evaluate impact of such Staff development on
company business goals.
Support development and implementation of a solid performance management system,
set up and coordinate effective performance reviews and offer helpful feedback
sessions, and help create a culture of continuous improvement.
Succession Planning: Coordinate Career development plans for employees, review Organizational structure, Job Grading system and develop a robust Succession planning.
